Washr Pro - Terms and Conditions
These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Washr Mobile Inc. (“Washr Mobile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the independent contractor (“Washr Pro,” “vendor”, “you,” or “your”) who provides mobile car detailing and related services through the Washr Mobile platform (the “Platform”).
By creating a vendor account, accepting jobs through the Platform, or performing any services under the Washr Mobile brand, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Platform Access and Registration
Washr Pro’s must complete the registration and onboarding process to access the Platform.
Washr Mobile does not charge any application or platform fees. Accounts created by Washr Mobile administrators automatically accept these terms; however, vendors are required to review them prior to performing any services. Washr Mobile may update or amend these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting. Continued access to or use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any such changes. When material changes occur, Washr Mobile will notify vendors via email.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
Washr Pro’s operate as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, or representatives of Washr Mobile.
This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the parties. Vendors are solely responsible for all expenses, taxes, insurance, and equipment necessary to perform their work.
Washr Mobile does not provide employee benefits or withholdings of any kind.
3. Performance Standards and Conduct
Washr Pro’s are expected to maintain high professional standards and adhere to Washr Mobile’s policies at all times.
The following standards apply:
False cancellations or misrepresenting job status are strictly prohibited.
No-shows or failure to arrive at a scheduled booking without notice may result in immediate removal from the platform.
More than five (5) stopped or cancelled jobs within a calendar month may result in account deactivation.
More than three (3) late arrivals without prior approval may result in removal.
Commission rates may vary based on performance, reliability, and customer ratings.
Washr Mobile reserves the right to suspend or remove any vendor at its sole discretion for any policy violations or unprofessional conduct.
4. Payment and Commission Structure
Washr Pro’s earn a commission based on a percentage of the booking total, including any approved add-on services. Commission rates are determined at the time of onboarding and may be adjusted based on performance metrics.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe’s processing fees apply.
Tips submitted by customers through the Platform are processed and remitted to the vendor in full.
In the event of a declined payment from the customer, Washr Mobile will ensure vendor payment within seven (7) days once the payment issue is resolved.
Washr Mobile may withhold or delay payment if a job is incomplete, a customer complaint is under review, or a damage claim remains unresolved.
Vendors are responsible for any chargebacks or disputes related to their services. Washr Mobile may offset such amounts from future payouts following a review of the facts.
5. Equipment and Service Requirements
Washr Pro’s must maintain all necessary tools and equipment to perform the services associated with their approved packages.
Only vendors who meet Washr Mobile’s equipment and skill requirements are eligible to receive corresponding service bookings.
Schedules are flexible and may be updated through the vendor portal. Vendors may request changes to their assigned work areas subject to approval by Washr Mobile.
6. Insurance and Liability
All Washr Pro’s are required to maintain General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $500,000 throughout their engagement with Washr Mobile.
A valid and active policy must be on file at all times.
Vendors are responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from their work.
Washr Mobile is not responsible for damages caused by a vendor’s actions or negligence.
Any damage or incident report must be filed directly with the vendor’s insurance carrier; this is not optional.
Washr Mobile may share the vendor’s insurance details with the customer in the event of a claim or inquiry.
Failure to maintain valid insurance coverage may result in immediate suspension from the platform.
7. Customer Interaction and Job Completion
Washr Pro’s must maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Vendors must upload a photo upon arrival (“I’m here” photo) and another after completion of the service.
If a customer is not present or the vehicle is not accessible, the vendor must wait a minimum of twenty (20) minutes before marking the job as incomplete.
Late arrivals will be tracked and may affect performance status.
If a customer cancels late, the vendor may still receive a partial cancellation commission, as determined by Washr Mobile policies.
8. Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency:
Contact 911 for immediate assistance.
For car trouble, customer disputes, or service issues, contact the Washr Mobile Support Helpline.
Support is available during standard operating hours through designated platform channels.
9. Ratings, Reviews, and Bonus Programs
Customer ratings and reviews are integral to the vendor’s performance evaluation and commission structure.
Consistent positive ratings may result in bonus eligibility or higher commission rates.
Negative reviews or complaints may affect booking priority and future earnings.
Any promotional or bonus programs will be announced with specific rules and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
10. Content and Image Rights
Washr Pro’s acknowledge that photos or content uploaded to the Platform (including “before” and “after” service images) may be used by Washr Mobile for verification, quality assurance, marketing, or training purposes.
By uploading such content, the vendor grants Washr Mobile a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, or display the materials for these purposes.
11. Termination and Account Deactivation
Washr Mobile may suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate a Washr Pro’s account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:
Policy or performance violations
Customer complaints
Misrepresentation of information
Safety or insurance concerns
All outstanding obligations, including pending payments, will be resolved following review and verification of job completion records.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms are subject to change at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised terms.
Washr Mobile will notify vendors by email in the event of significant updates but is not required to obtain separate acknowledgment.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Washr Mobile Inc. and the Vendor and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
No modification shall be effective unless made in writing and authorized by Washr Mobile.
By using Washr Mobile’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
