Terms and Conditions
By using WashrMobile services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Overview
Washr Mobile Inc. provides mobile car wash and detailing services. We connect customers with independent service providers (“Detailers”) who perform services at your location. Add-on Services: Additional services are available for purchase. WashrMobile acts solely as a technology platform connecting customers with independent service providers and does not perform or supervise services directly.
2. How We Charge You
Washr Mobile Inc. Payment Authorization (Pre-Authorization)
When: We authorize your payment method when you book a service.
Amount: The full service cost is authorized (held) on your card.
Purpose: This ensures funds are available for the service.
Important: Your card is not charged at booking — funds are only held.
Note: Authorization holds may temporarily reduce available funds until released by your bank. Release times vary by financial institution.
Payment Capture (Actual Charge)
When: We charge your card after the service is completed.
Amount: Only the actual service cost (minus any credits or discounts).
Timing: Typically within 24 hours of completion.
Authorization Release: Any unused authorization is released automatically.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may save payment methods for future bookings.
WashrMobile does not store your full card information.
3. Pricing and Fees
Washr Mobile Inc. Service Pricing
Base prices vary by service package.
Vehicle surcharges apply:
SUV: +$8.00
Large vehicles: +$13.00
Add-on services have additional costs.
All prices include taxes where applicable.
No Washr Plan Fees
WashrMobile does not charge subscription or membership fees.
You only pay for services you book — no hidden costs.
If you do not cancel before the cutoff time, the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
4. Cancellation Policy
Washr Mobile Inc. Cancellation Fees
- Free Cancellation within 15 minutes of booking creation AND more than 60 minutes before service.
- Half fee (50% of booking value) Within 2 hours (120 minutes) of scheduled service
- Full fee (100% of booking value) Within 30 minutes of scheduled service
- Same-day booking cancel fee: $10 flat fee for cancelled bookings scheduled on the same day
- Credits and gift cards are fully refunded when no fee applies.
- The app or website will display the exact fee amount before you confirm cancellation.
- After the service provider arrives: Cancellation fee applies.
- No-show (vehicle unavailable within 30 minutes after appointment start time): Full service charge applies.
- Fee amounts vary based on service cost and timing.
- Cancellations due to weather or provider delays are not refundable. The customer is responsible for checking the weather in your area.
5. Credits, Gift Cards, and Promo Codes
Washr Mobile Inc. Account Credits
Earn credits through referrals and promotions.
Credits automatically apply to future bookings.
Credits cannot be combined with promo codes.
Credits expire after 12 months of inactivity (no bookings or credit use).
Gift Cards
You do not need an account to purchase gift cards.
Purchase for yourself or others.
Gift cards never expire.
Gift card balances are restored when a booking is canceled and no fee applies.
If a fee applies, it is deducted from the gift card balance before any remaining value is restored.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promo Codes
Provide discounts on services.
Cannot be combined with credits.
Some codes are single-use and may expire.
Expiration and usage limits vary by promotion.
6. If My Washr Does Not Arrive
Washr Mobile Inc.
You may request rescheduling through your account or the app.
We’ll work to find the next available time slot.
If we cannot fulfill your booking, a $15 credit will automatically be applied to your account.
- When rescheduling, your booking moves to a priority list. Your time is valueable to us.
No rescheduling fees apply when your booking is unable to be confirmed
7. Service Guarantee
Washr Mobile Inc. Satisfaction and Service Reviews
Not satisfied with your service? Contact us within 24 hours.
We’ll review your claim and work to resolve any issues.
Full or partial refunds, or re-do services, may be offered at WashrMobile’s discretion after verifying your claim.
All service providers are rated and reviewed by customers.
Service Quality
All service providers are background-checked and insured.
We monitor service quality through customer feedback.
Providers who do not meet standards may be removed from the platform.
8. User Accounts
Washr Mobile Inc. Account Requirements
Must be 18 or older to create an account.
A valid email address and phone number are required.
Information must be accurate and current.
One account per person.
Account Security
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
WashrMobile may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
9. Service Areas and Availability
Washr Mobile Inc.
Services are available only in designated zip codes.
Check service availability before booking.
Some areas may have limited provider availability.
Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions.
You will be notified of any weather-related changes.
No fees apply for weather-related rescheduling.
No rain checks are offered.
WashrMobile is not responsible for delays caused by weather or unsafe conditions.
10. Mobile App and Technology

Available for iOS devices.
Push notifications for booking updates.
GPS location services for accurate service delivery.
Offline functionality for basic account access.
Data and Privacy
We collect limited location and personal data to provide services.
Personal information is protected and secure.
WashrMobile does not sell your personal information.

11. Service Providers
Washr Mobile Inc. Washr Pros
Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of WashrMobile.
They set their own schedules and operate independently.
WashrMobile facilitates connections between customers and providers but does not guarantee performance or outcomes.
Requirements
Providers must maintain valid insurance and pass background checks.
They are monitored through customer ratings and reviews.
Providers who fail to meet standards may be removed.
12. Disclaimers and Limitations
Washr Mobile Inc. Service Availability
All services are subject to provider availability.
We cannot guarantee specific providers or times.
Emergency or unforeseen situations may affect service delivery.
WashrMobile reserves the right to refuse service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WashrMobile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Responsibility for damage or loss caused during service rests with the service provider and their insurance coverage.
WashrMobile’s liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for the affected service.
Customers should remove valuables from vehicles before service.
13. Changes to Terms

WashrMobile may update these terms periodically.
Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Significant changes will be communicated via email.
We may modify or discontinue services or pricing with notice.
New features may be added or removed at any time.

15. Dispute Resolution
Washr Mobile Inc. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
Class action and jury trial waivers apply.
Resolution Process

A Service Review claim will be submitted on your behalf.
Subject to review, a re-do service, refund, or denial of claim may be issued.
